Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data? The company Setapp Ltd. based in Poznań (hereinafter: we) will be responsible for the processing of your personal data. As an Administrator, we make sure that all the pieces of personal data provided to us are safe. You can contact us sending a letter to us: 6 Wojskowa Street, 60-792 Poznań or by sending an e-mail to us: hello@setapp.pl. Why and on what basis do we proces your personal data? We will process your personal data in order to conduct and settle the recruitment process of the position you apply for. If you agree, your personal data will be used by us also during the next recruitment processes in our complany (also when it comes to conducting and settlement of the recruitment processes). We proces our personal data on the following basis: - legal provision (the article no. 221 § 1 of The Labour Code), - the need for the actions that must be taken at your request before concluding the contract, - your consent to processing of your personal data if you provide us with other data than these which are mentioned in the article no. 221 § 1 of The Labour Code. What is more, the same rules apply to the next rectruitment processes. If our cooperation is not based on the employment relationship, we will process your personal data on the basis of the need for the actions that must be taken at your request before concluding the contract and on the basis of your consent. Who do we transfer your personal data to? We will transfer your personal data to the entities participating in the performing actions by us, it means: the entities operating our ICT systems or providing us with access to the IT devices, the entities providing us with hosting services, the internet services involved in the recruitment processes (thanks to which you can apply for the positions) and other entities supporting us in the conducting and settlement of the recruitment processes (including our clients). How long will we be keeping your personal data? We will be keeping your personal data for 6 months since the day of the end of the recruitment process of the position you apply for if you are not chosen for it. If you consent to the processing of your personal data in the future recruitment processes, we will be keeping your personal data for 2 years since the day when we got your personal data. What are your rights associated with the processing of your personal data? You have got a right to access your personal data at any time you want. You can request for your personal data to be corrected, changed , deleted, transfered. What is more, you have a right to limit the processing of your personal data. In case you have decided to consent to the processing of your personal data, you can withdraw it at any time. It will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that had taken place before the withdrawal. You have got a right to file a complaint to the President of The Personal Data Protection Office if you think that the processing of your personal data is illegal. Is the provision of your personal data mandatory or voluntary? The provision of your personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary to participate in the recruitment process. Are the decisions associated with you made in an automated way? The decisions connected to the conducting and settlement of the recruitment processes will not be made in an automated way. We will not use your personal data in order to profile. In connection with our recruitment processes, your personal data will be transferred within our corporate group to a country outside the European Economic Area, i.e. Maritech Holdings Limited, London (address: Commodity Quay, St Katharine Docs, London, E1W 1BF, company number: 11889780) pursuant to European Commission Decisions C(2021) 4000 final and C(2021) 4081 final on the adequate protection of personal data by the United Kingdom.
